1. Agreement
By downloading or using Sleevo you agree to these Terms and to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Apple's Standard EULA or the Google Play Terms of Service). If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sleevo on devices you own or control. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, its templates, fonts or graphic assets.
3. Free & Pro
The free version includes a limited set of genres and effects and adds a watermark to exports. Pro Yearly (€12.99/year) renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Pro Lifetime (€39.99) is a one-time purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you take and the covers you create. Since everything stays on your device, we never access or claim any rights to your content. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to the images and names you use.
5. Commercial use
Covers exported with Pro may be used commercially — including on streaming platforms, stores, physical releases and promotion — without attribution. Templates and assets may not be extracted or sold separately.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Sleevo to create content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law.
7. Disclaimer
Sleevo is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable but can't guarantee it will be error-free or that every cover will be accepted by every distributor.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sleevo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
9. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Contact support.
