1. Who we are
Sleevo (“we”, “us”) is the developer of the Sleevo app for iOS and Android. We are the data controller for the limited data described in this policy. Contact: support@sleevo.app.
2. Data we don't collect
The app works entirely offline. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting that sends data to us, and no cloud storage. We do not receive your photos, covers, artist names, album titles or usage data.
3. Camera & photo library
Sleevo asks for camera access to take photos and photo library access to import images and save your covers. These are used only on your device. You can revoke permission at any time in your device settings.
4. Purchases
Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details. The app only checks your purchase status through the store on your device. Their privacy policies apply to those transactions.
5. Support requests
If you contact us through the support form or by email, we receive your name, email address and message. We use this only to answer you and delete it within 12 months of the conversation ending.
6. This website
This website stores your language preference in your browser. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Children
Because the app collects no personal data, it can be used safely by people of any age. In-app purchases are subject to your store's parental controls.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you may request access to, correction or deletion of any data we hold about you (in practice, only support emails). Write to support@sleevo.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
